How do I find my ring size?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, please refer to our size guide.

What ring sizes do you have?

We can create any size for you in most of our rings! Including quarter and half sizes.

What if I don't see my ring size?

We can make most of our rings in any size, even if it's not listed on our website. Please contact us to request a different size.

What is your jewelry made out of?

Our jewelry is made out of 925 Sterling Silver and Solid Gold. We set our jewelry with 5A Cubic Zirconia, Moissanite and other gemstones.  We can make any of our Sterling Silver pieces in real solid gold upon request!

Do your rings tarnish?

Technically, All Sterling Silver “tarnishes”. This is why we use anti-tarnishing metals such as Rhodium and Platinum, as plating on our 925 silver rings. This allows the silver to have a beautiful shine while also protecting the silver from tarnishing. In the event that your silver starts to lose its shine or luster, you can always clean your silver jewelry with the jewelry polishing cloth we provide with your order. It is also recommended to store your jewelry in a closed area, so we provide an air-tight baggie to store your jewelry as well.

This doesn’t mean it will turn your finger green. We haven’t gotten any complaints about our rings turning fingers green, there are a few occasions that a ring can turn your finger green:

1. You are allergic to a metal used in the jewelry as 925 sterling silver is 92.5% silver and the rest of other metals. This is because pure silver is too soft to make jewelry from on its own, so jewelers use other metals, creating Sterling Silver 925.

2. The other metals in your jewelry are reacting to lotions, and perfumes that you used on your skin recently. Sometimes chemicals in these products can damage your jewelry.

3. You purchased a 925 Sterling Silver ring with a Yellow Gold or Rose Gold plating. Sterling Silver is naturally silver, so any other color than silver will eventually wear off if scratched enough and need replating. This is not an isolated situation, as it also happens with Real Gold jewelry. This is why many people use clear nail polish to set in the Yellow Gold or Rose Gold plating, making it last much longer without needing replating. If your ring ever needs to be replated, just email us at ringdeluxecustomerservice@gmail.com.

Do you make custom jewelry?

Yes, we can create custom jewelry in 925 sterling silver or solid gold. You can request a custom quote here.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! If your ring is ready to ship and has not been shipped yet, please email us to cancel your order.

If you placed an order for one of our made to order rings, you have 5 days to cancel your order with no cancellation fee.

If 5 days have surpassed and your ring is already in production, we will have to deduct a labor fee from your refund.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

How do I know if my item is made to order?

If your item is made to order, it will say "made to order" label in your cart before placing your order. Additionally, you will receive an email when your order goes into production.

If your item is not made to order, you will not see any label on your product in your cart.

When will my order ship?

Ready to ship orders will ship within 1-2 business days.

Made to order items need to be made and require up to 2-6 weeks for production.

If you aren't sure if your ring is ready to ship or made to order, please contact us.

How long is shipping?

Shipping within the USA is 2-5 business days.

Worldwide shipping depends on your location but usually is up to 15-25 business days.

Can I return or exchange my Item?

Yes, ready to ship items can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

A return label is sent with every ready to ship item to make exchanges and returns quick and easy.

If you would like to start a return or exchange, please submit your request here before sending your item back to us.

Please note that your item must be in brand new condition and sent back with the original packaging in order to be approved for a return or exchange. Any shipping fees acquired for return will be deducted from your refund. Exchange shipping is free.

Made to order items cannot be returned or exchanged, only resized for a different size.

Clearance items, Engraved items, and Earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We recommend knowing your ring size before purchasing a made to order item. A free ring sizer is sent with your first order with us!

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship all over the world from the United States. Shipping costs are calculated and added at checkout.

Where are you located?

We are located in Danbury, Connecticut at 57 North Street Suite #308. Please book an appointment if you would like to visit our showroom.
