We ship worldwide

International orders are shipped from the United States via USPS and then turned over to your country's postal system. Shipping rates and times are posted on bottom of this page. Shipping time is an estimate, your package may arrive sooner or later than expected. There may be delays and/or fees due to your country's customs policies that we cannot anticipate. We are not responsible for any custom fees due at the time of delivery. USPS tracking number will be provided upon shipment, but tracking number may not generate information at www.usps.com until package has been delivered. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers.  

Processing time (items in stock)

For items in stock, please allow 1-3 business days to process and ship your order. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. 

Processing time (made to order items)

For made to order items, please allow 2-6 weeks to process and ship your order. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. 

Tracking

Please note that packages shipped via USPS may not be immediately trackable. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the status to be updated. 

Lost or stolen items

Once the package leaves our warehouse and is received by the carrier, either USPS or UPS is responsible for delivering the package in a timely manner. All claims for lost or stolen packages must be made through the carrier. Item costs and freight charges will not be refunded for lost shipments. Replacement shipments must be made at your expense.
