Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days. 

Customized jewelry, custom jewelry, special orders, earrings and ear cuffs are final sale. Made to order items can be returned for store credit only.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Labor costs for made to order rings are non-refundable. These costs will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

You may exchange your item within 30 days of delivery. Your item must be in brand new condition and sent back with its original packaging.

Custom Jewelry

Any deposit made toward custom jewelry is non-refundable.  

Order Cancellations

For made to order items, cancellations may be subject to a labor fee. Please keep in mind that all of our production times are clearly stated on our website. 

For ready to ship rings, you may cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted.
