You may exchange your item for a different size or different item within 7 days of delivery. Your item must be in brand new condition and sent back with its original packaging.
Gift cards, made to order items or custom jewelry orders are not eligible for exchanges.
Earrings and ear cuffs are not eligible for exchanges due to hygienic purposes.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item in brand new condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Made to order items or custom jewelry orders are not eligible for return.

If you need to return an item, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for your return and order number.
Once we receive your return, we will be inspecting it to make sure your ring is in brand new, re-sellable condition. If your ring is in brand new condition, we will then notify you that we have accepted and processed your return.
We only process refunds to the original form of payment. The processing time for your refund depends on the payment you used, but usually takes 1-2 weeks to process back into your account.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Labor costs for made to order rings are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, these costs will be deducted from your refund.
Any deposit made toward custom jewelry is non-refundable.
Returns and exchanges on custom jewelry orders are not accepted. We provide you with photos and videos of your custom jewelry and it is approved by you before it is sent out.
For made to order or custom rings, we do not accept cancellations after 5 days has passed since the date of your order. Cancellations are subject to a 15% labor fee. Please keep in mind that all of our production times are clearly stated on our website.
For ready to ship rings, you may cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
