Return & Exchanges Policy

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, cancellations are not accepted.

Please review all product details, sizing information, and production timelines carefully prior to placing your order. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept our production process and policies.

Returns

At Ring Deluxe Fine Jewelry, each piece is crafted with care and intention. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within thirty days of delivery for store credit only.

Store credit is issued in the form of a digital credit and does not expire.

Customized jewelry, custom jewelry, made to order pieces, special orders, earrings, and ear cuffs are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping fees are non refundable. Any labor, production, or setting fees associated with made to order or modified pieces are non refundable and will not be credited.

Returned items must be received in brand new, unworn condition with original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or tampering will not be accepted and will be returned to the client at their expense.

Exchanges

Eligible ready to ship items may be exchanged within thirty days of delivery for store credit only.

All exchange requests are subject to inspection upon receipt. Items must be in unused condition with original packaging. Ring Deluxe Fine Jewelry reserves the right to deny exchanges that do not meet these requirements.

Custom and Made to Order Jewelry

All custom jewelry, including bespoke designs, modified settings, resized pieces, and made to order items, are final sale.

Any deposit or payment made toward custom jewelry is non refundable. Once production has begun, the piece cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.

Custom pieces are created specifically for the client based on approved designs, specifications, and measurements. For this reason, Ring Deluxe Fine Jewelry cannot assume responsibility for preference changes, sizing changes requested after approval, or wear related issues resulting from lifestyle, improper care, or misuse.

Additional Notes

Ring Deluxe Fine Jewelry is not responsible for damage caused by normal wear, accidental impact, improper storage, or third party alterations or repairs. We strongly recommend routine inspections and proper care to maintain the integrity of your jewelry.
