Hi, I'm Stephany! The designer, the maker, and the person you'll actually be talking to from your very first message to the moment your ring arrives at your door.
I started Ring Deluxe because I wanted to make fine jewelry that's personal, unique and lasts forever. I love getting to know my clients and understanding the story behind what they're creating.
Every piece I create starts with a conversation. I get to know you and the story behind your piece. That's what makes the difference between a beautiful piece of jewelry and one you'll treasure forever.
Custom Jewelry FAQs
What should I prepare for my consultation?
We recommend bringing any inspiration images, sketches, or ideas you have, as well as an idea of your preferred style, metal type, and budget. If you're unsure, we will guide you through everything during you consultation.
Can we meet in person?
Yes, we offer in person consultations if you are local to the Fairfield, County Connecticut area. There's something special about sitting down together, looking at stones side by side, and really bringing your vision to life face to face. After booking your consultation, just mention that you would prefer to meet in person.
How long does a consult take?
Most consultations last about 30-60 minutes, depending on the complexity of your design ideas and amount of questions. This gives us enough time to understand your vision and discuss options.
How long does the custom process take from start to finish?
Most custom pieces are completed in 4 to 6 weeks from the date your design is approved by you. 1–2 days for your consultation, up to a week for the design sketch and your feedback, then 3–5 weeks for crafting and quality checks. If you need your custom piece by a specific date, please mention that during your consultation.
Can I use my own stone(s) or existing piece of jewelry?
Yes of course. Whether it's a grandmother's diamond, a stone you've been holding onto, or a ring you want completely reimagined, I work with what you bring.
What if I don't love the design?
The design stage exists entirely so you can see and refine before anything is made. We can adjust the stone shape, band width, or any detail until it feels completely right. Nothing goes into production until we have your final approval.
Are your stones ethically sourced?
Yes, all of our gemstones are ethically sourced and conflict-free.
Do you offer resizing or repairs after delivery?
Yes we offer a variety of services for our clients such as resizing, repair, polishing, prong-tightening, replating, etc.
