Ordering

How do I find my ring size?

All of our sizes are standard USA sizes. If you are unsure of your ring size, you can get a free ring sizer here or download our digital ring sizer here.

If you are International, please see our ring size conversion chart here to covert your size to the correct USA size.

Why can't I find my ring size?

We can make most of our rings in any size for you. If you don't see your ring size, please contact us.

What material is your jewelry made out of?

Our jewelry is made out of 925 Sterling Silver, Solid Gold, Platinum or Rhodium. We set our jewelry with 5A Cubic Zirconia, Moissanite, Diamonds and other lab grown and natural gemstones.

Do you offer half and quarter sizes?

Yes! Please contact us if you need a half or quarter size.

Does my jewelry come with a certificate?

We provide a certificate of authenticity for most of our items. This document verifies the quality and authenticity of your jewelry.

Are your gemstones conflict-free?

Yes, we are dedicated to ethical sourcing. Our diamonds adhere to strict ethical standards, and we work with reputable suppliers who share our commitment to responsible practices.

Processing & Production

How do I know if my item is made to order?

If your item is made to order, it will state "this item is made to order" in the description of the item. 

Additionally, you will receive an email when your order goes into production.

When will my order ship?

Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?

We understand plans can change. Reach out to our customer service team ASAP and we'll do our best to assist you with any modifications.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! If your ring is ready to ship and has not been shipped yet, please email us to cancel your order. 

If you placed an order for one of our made to order rings, you have 5 days to cancel your order with no cancellation fee. 

If 5 days have surpassed and your ring is already in production, a cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping

We use all major carriers. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

How much is shipping?

USPS Domestic Shipping is free for all orders. Upgraded shipping options are available at checkout.

International shipping is calculated at checkout but is usually around $40 for DHL, UPS or Fedex International Shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

What is the shipping transit time?

Free Standard Shipping within the USA is 2-5 business days. You can always upgrade for faster 1 Day shipping at checkout.

International shipping depends on your location but usually is up to 15-25 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries outside of the USA, such as Canada, The United Kingdom, Australia, Italy, Japan, etc.

International shipping is calculated at checkout but is usually around $40 for DHL, UPS or Fedex International Shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my item?

Yes, ready to ship items can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of the delivery date. 

A return label is sent with every ready to ship item to make exchanges and returns quick and easy. 

If you would like to start a return or exchange, please submit your request here before sending your item back to us.

Please note that your item must be in brand new condition and sent back with the original packaging in order to be approved for a return or exchange. For returns, any shipping fees acquired for return will be deducted from your refund. Exchange shipping is free. 

Made to order items cannot be returned or exchanged, only resized for a different size.

Clearance items, Engraved items, and Earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We recommend knowing your ring size before purchasing a made to order item. A free ring sizer is sent with your first order with us!

Do I need to cover the return shipping cost?

Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. Please refer to our return policy for more details on shipping costs.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or style?

Yes, we offer exchanges for different sizes or styles for ready to ship items only.

Please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. Note that the availability of the desired item will be confirmed during the exchange process.

Can I return a customized or personalized item?

Customized or personalized items are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged. Please contact our customer service team to discuss any issues with your customized order.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your returned item, we aim to process it within 3 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method, and you'll be notified via email once the process is complete.

Do you make custom jewelry?

Yes, we can create custom jewelry in 925 sterling silver or solid gold. You can request a custom quote here.

How does the custom design process work?

Think of it as a jewelry design party! We'll chat about your ideas, create some design magic, and make sure you're head over heels with the sketches before we start crafting the real deal.

What information do I need to provide for a custom order?

Tell us all about your dream piece – your style, preferred materials, and any details you think we should know.

If you aren't completely sure about the exact details such as the metal or stone type of the item you want yet, that's perfectly fine too.

We will guide you by providing you with knowledge for you to make the best decision that fits your lifestyle and budget!

How long does it take to create a custom piece?

We ask for to up to 2-6 weeks for production of your custom piece. This production time does not include the design period, which depends on person to person.

Can I use my own gemstones in a custom design?

Totally! If you've got gemstone treasures, let's give them a new home in your custom piece. We'll make sure they shine just as bright in their new setting.

How will I know if I will like the final product?

We work one on one with you and send you physical 3d printed prototypes, CAD images and photos of your custom item before our jewelers make your dream design come to life!

Do you offer installment plans for custom jewelry?

Yes, we are happy to work with you to set up a monthly installment plan that works within your budget.

Jewelry Care + Repairs

Does your jewelry tarnish?

Technically, sterling silver and even solid gold could tarnish over time. This is why we use tarnish resistant metals such as Rhodium and Platinum, as plating on our 925 Sterling Silver rings.

For yellow gold plated Sterling Silver items, we add extra layers of gold for more protection of your piece. Please keep in mind that since Sterling Silver is naturally silver, the gold can get scratched over time. We can always replate your sterling silver with another layer of yellow gold plating, but if you prefer less maintenance, we recommend purchasing this piece in Solid Gold.

What if a stone falls out of my jewelry?

I'm sorry to hear that a stone fell out of your jewelry. We understand how important your pieces are to you. We can certainly have this fixed for you in no time. Please contact us so we can discuss repair options.

Can I have my jewelry repaired even if I didn't purchase it directly from your store?
