We recommend bringing any inspiration images, sketches, or ideas you have, as well as an idea of your preferred style, metal type, and budget. If you're unsure, don't worry—our designer will guide you through everything.
How long does a consult usually take?
Most consultations last about 30-60 minutes, depending on the complexity of your design ideas. This gives us enough time to understand your vision and discuss options.
How long does it take to complete a custom piece?
The timeline varies based on the design and materials selected. Typically, custom pieces take between 4-8 weeks from consultation to completion. We’ll give you a more accurate timeline during your session.
