How To Make a Custom Ring

So you're looking to make your own custom ring... a ring that you are able to say is unique and beautiful and the only one like it in the world. Or maybe you want to create a custom ring for your significant other that symbolizes their uniqueness and beauty. Either way, you have come to the perfect place.

Here at Ring Deluxe we can recreate any ring design you have in mind and bring your dream ring to life!

Here is a breakdown of recommended information when starting your custom ring inquiry. If you don't have any of this information, don't worry! We can help you decide what is best for you while staying within your budget if you have one. 

Step 1: Provide us the following information 

What metal do you want your ring to be made of? Remember, 925 Sterling Silver is more affordable than real gold but not as durable which means it won't last as long. We always recommend using 14K Gold or 18K Gold for custom rings, but we can do 925 Sterling Silver too.

Example: 925 Sterling Silver, 14K White Gold, 14K Rose Gold, 14K Yellow Gold, 18K White Gold, 18K Rose Gold, 18K Yellow Gold

 

What stones do you want in your ring? We have many different simulated stones and natural gemstones to choose from. Depending on your budget, you can choose which one would work best for you! 

Example: AAA Cubic Zirconia, Sona Simulated Diamond, Moissanite Diamond, Natural Diamond, Natural Gemstone, Birthstones 

• Stone Setting (optional)

Example: Channel Setting, Bead Setting, Pave Setting, Flush Setting, Invisible Setting, Illusion Setting 

What shape do you love the most for the main stone of your custom ring?

Example: Marquise Cut, Round Cut, Oval Cut, Emerald Cut, Princess Cut, Pear Cut, Square Cut, Baguette Cut, Cushion Cut, Heart Cut, Asscher Cut 

What stone size do you prefer?

Example: 1 Carat, 2 Carat, 3 Carat, etc. You could also provide us stone measurements in millimeters. 

What band width would you like your custom ring to be? 

Example: 1.0 mm, 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm, 2.5 mm, 3.0 mm, 3.5 mm, 4.0 mm

If you are unsure about any of the above requirements we can gladly help you put together this information and create a ring that fits your budget. 

Step 2: Provide us your ring size

Step 3: Provide us a photo for reference if possible of how you would like your ring to look like. This helps our jewelers put all this information together to better create your dream ring 

Step 4: Pay your invoice 

Step 5: Our jewelers will provide you with 3D CAD Images of your custom ring for your final approval or to make any last minute adjustments.

Step 6: Our jewelers will create your custom ring. Production time is roughly about 2-6 weeks. We will stay in contact with you throughout the entire process. As soon as your custom ring is complete and has been shipped out you will receive an email with your tracking number.
